Assay Master
- Plans the assay of samples, Preliminary checking with XRF Machine
- Weighs the received sample and reweighs it after melting, to determine the weight loss
- Takes the initial weight of samples and proof gold and record them in the Manakonline portal,
- Sample preparation limited to cross checking the correctness of the weights of silver, copper and lead
- Determining the order of samples
- Supervises the entire assay process
- Checks the presence of halides in DM/ distilled water
- Verifies the complete removal of silver nitrate after washing
- Takes the final weight of samples and enter in the portal
- Check the calculated fineness and verify if it is pass/fail
- Generate HUID and send it to the MAC along with the sample cornets
- Ensure the traceability of cornets and maintain all records related to LAB
- Safe custody of reference standard materials like gold, silver, copper and lead issued by the
- MAC and maintains record of their stock.
- Ensures that the equipments in the laboratory requiring calibration are calibrated as per the
- identified schedule and maintenance of LAB equipment’s
- Ensure good housekeeping in the laboratory
- Returning the proof gold cornets to the MAC in interlocking pouches identifying each pouch
- with date and fire number
- Follow the work instructions/SOP

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
