**Position description**:

We are looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals for the role of “Coach” to join cure.fit’s mission of “Making Health Easy” and to help cure.fit employees achieve their fitness goals
- Manage and drive health journey for Cult central team employees
- Use principles of fitness, nutrition and behavior science to design sustainable habits that will fit into their lifestyle easily and help them achieve their goals
- Regularly interact with employees via call and chat to solve any problems they may face and discuss progress on their habits
- Track consistency of employees and solve for challenges faced

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Track and analyze health and fitness trends of employees at an organizational level
- Plan and organize regular fitness sessions and challenges
- Oversee completion of exercise routines and Track clients’ physical progress
- Consult with employees and assist with challenges hindering their health habits
- Plan initiatives and activities to improve activity levels

**Desired Background**
- Experience as Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition coach
- Prior personal training/small group training experience
- Keen interest in health, fitness & nutrition
- Excellent communication skills to work with a diverse set of people
- Creative thinking ability
- Personal fitness and grooming
- Passion for fitness and healthy living
