**About the Role - Senior Admission Counsellor**

As a Senior Admission Counsellor, you will lead a team of sales executives, manage the lead pipeline, and ensure consistent counselling quality and strong admission conversion rates. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth sales operations, clear client communication, and consistent achievement of targets.

R**ole & Responsibilities**:

- Supervise intake from walk-ins, website, social media, referrals, WhatsApp, and record lead details in CRM or lead tracker
- Contact the lead within 2 hours
- Schedule in-depth 1-on-1 consultations (online or offline) with a structured sales pitch
- Explain relevant service offerings clearly and confidently
- Share brochures, service details, and timelines; transparently address doubts, eligibility, and fee structures
- Record client responses and feedback in Google Sheets
- Encourage testimonial collection from satisfied clients
- Set daily/weekly targets, track team performance, and identify improvement areas
- Deliver training, motivation, and continuous feedback to the team
- Generate performance reports on conversion rates, follow-ups, and client retention
- Train the sales team on products, counselling techniques, and client handling to boost results and confidence

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with at least 1.5 years in a leadership or senior counselling role
- Prior experience in **aviation education or aviation sector is an added advantage**:

- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- **Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory**:

- **Proficiency in at least three additional Indian languages is required**:

- Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Google Sheets
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Direct sales: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Malayalam (preferred)
