**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Handle mail distribution, both incoming and outgoing.
- Deliver documents or materials within the office or to external locations as required.
- **Facility Maintenance**:

- Ensure office premises are kept clean and organized.
- Perform basic cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies like stationery, pantry items, and toiletries.
- **Hospitality**:

- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms, including arranging furniture and providing required items.
- **Errands**:

- Handle bank-related tasks or document submissions as instructed.
- Run miscellaneous errands, such as purchasing office supplies or snacks.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Monitor office equipment like printers, photocopiers, and fax machines, ensuring they are in working order.
- Notify management about repair or maintenance needs.
- **Visitor Assistance**:

- Greet and assist office visitors professionally.
- Escort visitors to appropriate staff or meeting rooms.

Pay: ₹8,575.71 - ₹16,636.38 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
