Manage and oversee the Oriental cuisine section of our F&B department.
- Prepare high-quality dishes in line with our hotel's standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Assist in menu planning, inventory, and maintaining food hygiene standards.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen team members.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
