**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage children with age-appropriate educational and play activities
- Plan and conduct arts & crafts sessions
- Foster a warm, safe, and positive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and fellow staff
- Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development

**Requirements**:

- A genuine love for working with young children
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in arts and crafts
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Prior experience is a plus, but not required
