**Salary**: ₹10,000 per month (₹1.2 Lakhs per annum)

We are looking for a **Restroom Hygiene Associate** to join our **core team**. As part of our team, you will be working closely with the founder to provide high-quality cleaning services, focusing on hygiene, technology, and sustainability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain **advanced cleaning machines** for restroom sanitation.
- Ensure **high hygiene standards** are met during cleaning processes.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the **cleaning schedule** is followed.
- Help monitor and maintain **cleaning supplies** and equipment.
- Provide **feedback** to improve operational efficiency and hygiene quality.
- Ensure that **safety and health regulations** are followed during all cleaning processes.
- Participate in **training sessions** to improve skills and learn new cleaning techniques.
- Support the **growth and development** of the company by actively contributing to the team’s progress.

**Qualifications**:

- No prior cleaning experience is required, but **passion for cleanliness** and **dignity in work** is essential.
- Ability to **work in a team** and maintain a **positive attitude**.
- Attention to detail and **commitment to quality**.
- **Willingness to learn** new technologies and cleaning methods.
- Basic **communication skills** in English or Tamil.
