***The Team**:
The role is within the Corporate Engineering team-but due to the ubiquity of the systems we support, you will interact with teams from every corner of AQR. Our teams are small, motivated, and highly productive. Collaborating side-by-side with AQR human resources professionals, you will become intimately familiar with the platforms and processes that run AQR.

**Your Role**:
You will join the engineering team supporting our human resources and corporate services functions, working with, among others, members of our HR, Facilities, Operational Risk, and Corporate Communication teams. You will be building out both proprietary solutions and integrations with best-of-breed external providers. You will also have key input into designing the future state of the technology stack for this function.

**What You'll Bring**
- 4 Years of relevant work experience
- Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Outstanding coding, debugging, and analytical skills
- Experience working in a distributed data environment and integrating bespoke solutions with vendor products
- Background in.NET but open to other technologies such as Java, Python
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL Databases a plus
- Experience working with SharePoint Online and/or Workday is a plus
- Familiarity with one of the large cloud providers is a plus but not required
- An interest in quantitative finance (no finance / trading experience required)
