Naps Trainee

**Job Title**: NAPS Trainee - Machine Operations and Maintenance

**Location**: Bommasandra Industrial Area,
**Department**: Production / Maintenance
**Reports to**: Department Supervisor / Shift Supervisor
**Duration**: 1 Year, as per NAPS Guidelines
**Stipend**: As per NAPS norms and company policy

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the operation and monitoring of Paper cup production machines (e.g., Semi Automated, Korean Machine and Printing Machine)
- Support machine setup and troubleshooting under supervision.
- Document production and quality parameters as per SOPs
- Learn and follow safety procedures and environmental compliance norms
- Help in equipment cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs
- Participate in training sessions and technical workshops provided by the company
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operations

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: ITI - Fitter & Electrician.
- Basic understanding of têxtile manufacturing or industrial processes is a plus
- Willingness to learn and work in a factory environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long hours

**Training Outcomes**:

- Understanding of Paper cup production technologies
- Proficiency in operating specific machinery
- Knowledge of quality control protocols in têxtiles
- Familiarity with industrial safety practices
- Eligibility for full-time roles based on performance
