**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to align designs with project goals.
- Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all deliverables.
- Stay updated on design trends and integrate innovative ideas into projects.
- Revise designs based on stakeholder feedback and meet deadlines.
- Prepare print-ready files and optimize digital assets for various platforms.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

**Requirements**:

- **1+ year** of professional graphic design experience (internships/freelance included).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of projects (include link or PDF).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Basic time management skills with the ability to handle feedback.
- Familiarity with digital tools like Figma or Sketch is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) or UI/UX design.
- Knowledge of pre-press processes and production workflows.
- Understanding of web design principles.
- Photography, video editing, or illustration skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
