Job Description: Desktop Publishing (DTP)

**Responsibilities**:
1. Design and layout of various print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, manuals, presentations, and advertisements, ensuring visual appeal and adherence to brand guidelines.

2. Create and edit graphical elements, such as images, logos, icons, and illustrations, using graphic design software.

3. Format and typeset text, ensuring proper alignment, font selection, and consistent formatting throughout the document.

4. Incorporate charts, graphs, tables, and other visual aids to enhance the readability and comprehension of the content.

5. Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements, objectives, and timelines.

6. Prepare files for print production, ensuring accurate color management, resolution, and file formats.

7. Proofread and review materials for grammar, spelling, and layout errors, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

8. Stay updated with industry trends, software advancements, and design best practices to continuously improve design skills and stay abreast of new technologies.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Desktop Publishing professional or similar role.

2. Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

3. Strong knowledge of typography, layout principles, color theory, and design fundamentals.

4. Familiarity with print production processes and file preparation for various print outputs.

5. Attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate and error-free work within specified deadlines.

6. Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

7. Creativity and an artistic eye to produce visually appealing and engaging designs.

8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

9. A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is desirable, but not always mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
