**Areas Of Responsibility**

**Talent Acquisition**
- Manage End to End Talent Acquisition for specific department.
- Maintaining TAT of 85 days or below.
- Keep the manpower fill ratio at 95%+ throughout the year.
- Controlling on cost Saving by below 70% against median CTC.
- Responsible for Employer Branding to Attract Talent from campus hiring.
- External talent mapping
- Organizing Walk-in interviews
- Handling SAP Success Factor for employee life cycle management
- Maintain regular HRIS input by collecting relevant employee lifecycle information, such as personal data, contract terms, and benefits and compensation details.
- Define and implement internal HR practices.
- Policy Framework and employee communications.
- Troubleshoot workforce issues concerning employees and management to ensure positive employee relations
- Contribute to onboarding and off-boarding efforts create frameworks for educational sessions for new hires and feedback and exit interviews.
- Managing complete employee lifecycle management
