**Inspecting Sheet Metal: Reviewing** sheet metal before, during, and after cutting and folding operations to ensure it meets specifications.
- **Using Inspection Tools: Utilizing** measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify dimensions, angles, and other critical parameters.
- **Reading Blueprints and Drawings: Interpreting** technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing instructions to understand quality requirements.
- **Identifying Defects: Detecting** flaws such as dents, scratches, wrong bends, and dimensional inaccuracies.
- **Documentation: Recording** inspection results, noting deviations, and preparing detailed reports on defects and corrective actions.
- **Communication and Collaboration: Communicating** quality issues to production supervisors and collaborating on corrective actions to prevent defects.
- **Process Improvement: Identifying** areas for improvement in production processes and recommending changes to enhance quality and efficiency.
- **Ensuring Compliance: Adhering** to relevant industry standards, regulations, and company quality procedures.
- **Training and Mentoring: Providing** guidance and training to production personnel on quality control procedures and inspection techniques.
- **Calibration and Maintenance: Ensuring** measuring equipment is calibrated and maintained according to established procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
