**Job Overview**: We are looking for a dynamic **OTC Sales Officer** to join our Baroda team. This role focuses on boosting sales and expanding our footprint in the rapidly growing Baroda market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell our Ayurvedic and Allopathic OTC products in Baroda.
- Identify new sales prospects and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Make daily visits to general practitioners and chemists in the area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, doctors, and medical distributors.
- Recruit and manage new stockists within the assigned territory.
- Monitor stockist performance to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and provide insights to management.
- Regularly track and report sales performance.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales with an emphasis on OTC marketing.
- Proven ability to establish and manage relationships with stockists.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and achieve results.
- Familiarity with the Baroda pharmaceutical market is advantageous.
