Estre is seeking a talented Interior Designer to bring creativity and functionality to our clients' spaces. In this role, you’ll handle client consultations, design conceptualization, space planning, and project management. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle requirements.
- **Design Conceptualization**: Develop creative and functional design concepts that align with client vision and industry trends.
- **Studio Planning**:Optimize space utilization through efficient layout planning and furniture arrangement.
- **Material Selection**: Curate a wide range of materials, finishes, and furnishings that are both aesthetically pleasing and durable.
- **Inhouse Tool**: Utilize inhouse frontend tools to create stunning 3D renderings that help clients visualize their dream spaces.
- **Project Management**: Oversee the entire design and execution process, including coordinating with vendors, contractors, and installation teams.
- **Budgeting and Cost Estimation**: Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage project budgets to ensure profitability.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain high quality standards throughout the design and implementation phases.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:Build strong relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualifications**: 1.5 - 5 years of experience in interior design or a related field, including at least 1 year in residential interior design with an interior company.
- **Education**:A degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture from a recognized institution is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc.)
- **Design Aesthetic**: A keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to create innovative and functional spaces.
- **Client Focus**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- **Problem-Solving**: A creative and analytical approach to problem-solving and the ability to think outside the box.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,478.97 - ₹49,820.25 per month
