
Front Office Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, students, and parents with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage inquiries and enrollments, ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping.
- Handle fee collections and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Manage student attendance and maintain related records.
- Coordinate with faculty and staff regarding student matters.
- Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.
- Address student and parent queries and concerns effectively and professionally.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and center information.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Front Office Executive or in a similar customer service role. Experience in an educational institution is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Tamil. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Pleasant personality with a positive and customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Experience in the education/coaching industry.
- Familiarity with student management software.
