Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:
1. Generate honest leads through various online and offline marketing networks, advertisements.

2. Follow up with leads at various intervals and make the interested buyers visit the property for conversion.

3.Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.

4. Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.

5. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.

6.Display and market real property to possible buyers

7.Maintain and update listings of available properties

8. Cooperate with appraisers, lenders and home inspectors

9. Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors.

SKILLS
- Minimum 2+ years of working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson or Marketing Executive
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- MS Office familiarity

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹55,000.00 - ₹99,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhawanipur, Kolkata - 700025, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 2 years (required)
