**About The Role**

We’re looking for a visionary **Principal Application Architect** to lead the design of our next-generation AI data platform. In this role, you’ll define and own the architecture that powers a suite of intelligent AI agents—built on top of a dynamic, high-scale data infrastructure.

You’ll play a central role in building a **cloud-native, real-time, and secure platform** that fuses machine learning, enterprise-grade compliance, and data intelligence into seamless, scalable experiences.

This is more than an architecture role—it’s a chance to **drive technical strategy at the crossroads of AI, distributed systems, and global enterprise SaaS**. You’ll work closely with engineering, ML, and product leadership to shape how our systems learn, scale, and evolve.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Architect Scalable SaaS Systems**: Design cloud-native, multi-tenant architectures that support AI, analytics, and massive data ingestion pipelines.
- ** Drive AI Enablement**: Collaborate with data science and product teams to embed machine learning models and decision engines into core workflows.
- ** Set Technical Standards**: Lead technical design reviews, define architectural patterns, and establish best practices for secure, performant systems.
- ** Champion System Resilience**: Lead modernization initiatives focused on reliability, observability, and scale as we expand across global markets.
- ** Ensure Compliance-Ready Architecture**: Build systems with compliance at the core (GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP etc.) and support global data privacy standards.
- ** Mentor Engineering Talent**: Coach and guide a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation

**What You Bring**:

- 12+ years of software engineering and architectural leadership, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Experience architecting complex systems using graph databases (Neo4j, TigerGraph, etc.).
- Deep expertise in designing cloud-native systems (preferably on Azure) using microservices, event-driven architecture, and container orchestration.
- Experience integrating AI/ML systems into production platforms. Understanding agent development and frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph is a must.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, including multi-tenancy, security, CI/CD, and data governance.
- Proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, or Java, with a strong grounding in system design patterns and data structures.
- Track record of collaborating across engineering, product, and data teams to ship mission-critical systems.
