**Job Title: Graphic Designer (Mumbai Location - On-Site Position)**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **On-Site Social Media Content Creation**:

- Design visually compelling graphics, images, and videos tailored for diverse social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement, while working from our Mumbai office.
- **Ad Campaign Design**:

- Develop impactful designs for online advertising campaigns, adhering to industry best practices for conversion and click-through rates, within the collaborative environment of our Mumbai office.
- **Brand Representation**:

- Ensure that all social media content and ad creatives align with the company's brand identity and messaging while working closely with the on-site team.
- **Collaborative Approach**:

- Collaborate closely with the on-site marketing, content, and digital teams to understand campaign objectives and target audience.
- **Adaptability to Mumbai Market Trends**:

- Stay abreast of local and global design trends, incorporating them into social media content and ad campaigns for maximum impact, with a focus on the Mumbai market.
- **Localized Content**:

- Develop designs that resonate with the local Mumbai audience, understanding cultural nuances and preferences while being physically present in the office.
- **Analytics Integration**:

- Work collaboratively with the on-site analytics team to interpret data, providing insights into the performance of social media content and ad campaigns.
- **Efficient Deadline Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs for campaigns while at our Mumbai office.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Graphic Design, with a focus on social media content creation and ad campaigns.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms and ad creation tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize designs based on performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in design work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a Mumbai-based team, on-site.
