**Support for Families and Patients**:
- Provide emotional support to families of critically ill or dying patients.
- Help individuals process anticipatory grief (grieving before an expected loss).
- Assist with end-of-life discussions and decisions, often working alongside palliative care teams.
- **Grief Counseling**:
- Offer individual or group counseling sessions for those mourning a loss.
- Use therapeutic techniques to help clients express grief, process trauma, and adjust to life after loss.
- **Crisis Intervention**:
- Provide immediate support following a sudden death, trauma, or diagnosis.
- Help families navigate the shock and emotional turmoil in emergency or ICU settings.
- **Staff Support**:
- Assist healthcare providers coping with burnout, secondary trauma, or grief over patient loss.
- Facilitate debriefing sessions after particularly difficult cases.
- **Coordination and Referrals**:
- Collaborate with chaplains, social workers, and mental health professionals.
- Refer patients and families to external grief services when long-term support is needed.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
