About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Convert **Figma/PSD designs into responsive WordPress websites** with pixel-perfect accuracy.
- Translate **UI/UX wireframes and prototypes into clean, well-structured HTML/CSS code.**:

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that balance functionality with design.
- Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, UI/UX practices, and front-end development technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a **UI/UX Designer** with a strong design portfolio.
- Strong expertise in **Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools.**:

- Proficiency in **HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.**:

- Hands-on experience with **WordPress** (theme customization, page builders, and custom coding).
- Knowledge of **converting PSD to Figma, Figma to WordPress, and design-to-code workflows.**:

- Understanding of basic **JavaScript/jQuery** is a plus.
- Good eye for detail, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Good to Have (Optional):

- Experience with **front-end frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.).**:

- Familiarity with **Git/GitHub** for version control.
- Knowledge of **SEO best practices** for design and development.
- Motion/interaction design skills (e.g., using After Effects, Lottie, or similar tools).

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Design, Computer Science, or a related field** (preferred, not mandatory).
- 1-3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
