Drive the brand’s growth by developing impactful brand initiatives from visual merchandising and product messaging to influencer collaborations, activations, and digital initiatives. Analyze campaign performance metrics, extracting insights to inform optimizations and strategic adjustments, reporting on ROI and key performance indicators to maximize growth.

**4.Qualifications**:
**Required**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing
- Strong understanding of cosmetics products and market dynamics
- Proficiency in sales analytics and performance metrics
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Proven experience, minimum 2-3 years, in sales management, preferably in the cosmetics industry
- Strong analytical problem solving capable of translating data into actionable insights
- Communication

**Preferred**:

- Profession level of English/ English as first language
- Proficiency in in Microsoft office
- Demand forecast and planning sustainability

**5.Skills and Competencies**:

- Staying updated with the latest marketing trends in the Beauty Industry
- Creative thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to conduct market research and leverage consumer insights to shape strategic brand positioning and identify opportunities for disruptive campaigns

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
