**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily construction site activities and monitor labor and subcontractor work.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with project specifications and drawings.
- Maintain and report project progress, delays, and site issues to the Project Manager.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain records of materials used and labor deployment.
- Assist in resolving technical issues on-site.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 12th Passed
- Proven 3+ years of experience as a Civil Site Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
