The company deals with a varied range of products, namely, Cold Room, Chilling plants, Refrigerated vehicles, Condensing Unit, Evaporator Unit, Ice Bank Tank, Ice Plant, Chest freezer, Hardener, Candy, plant, Milk Cooler, Deep/Chest/Vertical/Blast Freezer, BMC etc. & Specialties Products.

**Job Description for QC OFFICE - AMONNIA**
- **Roles & Responsibility**:_
- Responsible different kind of test for raw materials.
- Sound knowledge of ammonia process related products.
- Travelling for visit at different sites as per requirement.
- Conducting tests and assessments on products to identify quality issues.
- Inspection of incoming materials as per specification & sampling plans.
- Analysing the line rejection and developing the process.
- Responsible for all Plants equipment’s & instrument calibration as per pre define scheduled.
- Preparing Work instructions & Inspection standards for Testing Instruments.
- Maintenance of test reports/ Verification of inspection reports which come from suppliers with the use of external and internal labs.
- Manage the activities of the Incoming Quality Control (IQC) department to ensure incoming raw material, components and contract manufactured products meet their approved specifications or other regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quality investigations for non-conforming product and recommend corrective action / preventative action plan.
- Inspection of quality parameters as per define specification.
- Identify & suggest Quality Related Improvement.
- Involve in in-house Quality improvement.
- **Experience**:_ **08 to 10 Years**
- **Qualification**:_**B.E Mechanical /Diploma Mechanical**
