As a Junior Content Writer at LBM Solutions, you will be responsible for creating compelling and accurate content that highlights our IT solutions and expertise. Your role will involve working closely with our marketing and IT teams to produce content that resonates with our target audience and supports our business objectives. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for technology and writing who is eager to develop their skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Write, edit, and proofread a variety of IT-related content, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, website copy, and social media updates.
- Research and understand complex IT concepts, industry trends, and client needs to create clear, engaging, and informative content.
- Collaborate with IT professionals and marketing team members to develop content that accurately represents our solutions and aligns with our brand voice.
- Ensure all content is consistent with LBM Solutions’ tone, style, and quality standards.
- Manage content calendars, meet deadlines, and contribute to strategic content planning.
- Optimize content for SEO and analyze performance metrics to drive content effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in content writing, preferably in the IT industry (internships and freelance work considered).
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts, terminology, and trends.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience creating content for IT services or products.
- Knowledge of technical writing or experience with IT documentation.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and web publishing.
- Previous experience in specific IT sector.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
