**Key Responsibilities**:
**Coordination of Service Activities**:

- Schedule and coordinate service appointments with clients.
- Liaise with technicians to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Monitor service quality and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

**Spare Parts Management**:

- Manage inventory of spare parts and place orders as necessary.
- Keep track of stock levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement and cost-effective purchasing.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Communicate with customers in their preferred language (Kannada, Telugu, English, or Hindi) to understand their service needs.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a positive relationship with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of service appointments, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on service operations and inventory status.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other departments to optimize service delivery.
- Participate in training and development sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 3-4 years of experience in a service coordination role.
- Proficiency in Kannada, Telugu, English, and Hindi.
- Diploma or technical graduate degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹324,437.03 - ₹420,828.01 per year
