Client Servicing Executive

We are looking at individuals/ FRESHERS having excellent communication skills in English and have sound academic credentials.
Work Experience: 0 to 1 year only.
**KRA**:
- **Immigration File Creation**: Help in creating immigration files, suggesting involvement in preparing necessary documents and forms for immigration processes.
- **Operating License Management**: Ensure that the company's operating licenses are up-to-date and assist in the renewal process when needed.
- **New Business Development**: Identify potential clients and employers with hiring needs locally and internationally. This likely involves researching markets, industries, and companies that could benefit from the services offered by the company.
- **Research**: Research and gather information about prospective employers and their hiring requirements.
- **Cold Calling and Lead Generation**: Contact potential clients through cold calls and other means to generate leads and interest in the company's services.
- **Assist in Marketing/Sales Calls**: Support the management team in marketing and sales efforts, which may include participating in calls with potential clients.
**Skills Required**:
- **Excellent Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for interacting with clients, colleagues, and potential employers.
- **Microsoft Office**: Proficiency in using Outlook and MS Office tools for various tasks.
- **Admin/HR Experience**: Having prior experience in administrative or HR roles can provide a foundation for understanding the tasks related to the position.
- **Problem Solving**: The ability to identify issues and find effective solutions to various challenges that may arise.
- **Client Handling**: Being focused and skilled at addressing client inquiries and concerns.
**Work Timings**: The standard work hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST) from Monday to Friday. There might be occasional work on Saturdays based on workload demands.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
