- Position**:Finance Executive**:

**Requirements**:

- **5+ years’ experience in handling retail store & banking reconciliation**:

- Download bank statement of all store and compiling in YTD bank statement tracker and circulate to concerned person.
- Download daily sale report from wonder soft and check with store DSR for differences. Follow up with stores for reason of mismatch and rectification. Updating daily DSR into YTD DSR report. Mapping bank receipt amount with sale data with respective date in DSR.
- Manual bill tracker, GV tracker updation. Sale reconciliation on daily basis for mismatch rectification.
- Check daily cash v/s cash deposit amount, if there is cash sale due for deposit for any working or big value amount not deposited in next day, coordination with store and to ensure receipt of deposit slip.
- **Daily updating Primary Sales & Secondary Sales in YTD Tracker for checking and comparing Primary Vs Secondary of all the stores.**:

- Daily download of primary invoice circulation to franchisee.
- Generate the secondary sale from wonder soft for working of consumer discount to enable passing the entry in LN. and share with franchisee for GSTR1 purpose to all store
- Generate debit note/credit note of all store of all type of exp and share with franchisee
- Monthly stock count report is collected from each store and verified with system closing stock
