Staad.pro Trainer-parttime

**Location**: Medavakkam, Chennai (Offline Office)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct STAAD.Pro Training Sessions**: Provide structured and comprehensive training on STAAD.Pro to learners.
- **Deliver Sessions on Structural Analysis & Design**: Focus on teaching both basic and advanced features of STAAD.Pro, including modeling, analysis, and design of various structures.
- **Prepare and Follow Training Syllabus**: Follow a pre-defined syllabus that includes 30 to 40 hours of training, ensuring all topics are covered efficiently.
- **Provide Hands-On Learning**: Ensure students gain practical experience by engaging them in exercises and projects within the STAAD.Pro software.
- **Evaluate Progress**: Monitor and assess the progress of students, providing feedback, and assisting with troubleshooting any issues they encounter in the software.
- **Assist with Software Access**: Provide guidance on how to access and use STAAD.Pro for practical learning.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Proficiency in STAAD.Pro**: In-depth experience and expertise with STAAD.Pro software for structural analysis and design.
- **Prior Teaching or Training Experience**: Proven experience in teaching or training others, ideally in a technical field like structural engineering.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Ability to clearly explain complex topics and engage students in hands-on exercises.
- **Knowledge of Structural Design Codes**: Familiarity with design codes like AISC, Eurocode, IS, and others as relevant to STAAD.Pro.
- **Certification in STAAD.Pro**: Certification or training in STAAD.Pro or relevant structural software is preferred but not mandatory.

**Work Schedule**:

- **Weekdays**: 1 hour per day
- **Weekends**: 1.5 hours per day
- **Total Training Duration**: 30-40 hours across the course duration (with flexibility based on trainee needs)
