The technicians are responsible for specimen collection, processing, test performance, and reporting test results.
- Each individual performs only those tests that are authorized by pathologist
- Each individual performing testing must.
- Follow the laboratory's procedures for specimen handling and processing, test analysis, reporting, and maintaining records of patient test results;
- Adhere to the laboratory's quality control policies, and document all quality control activities, instrument, and procedural calibrations and maintenance performed.
- Follow the laboratory’s established corrective action policies and procedures whenever test systems are not within the laboratory’s established acceptable levels of performance.
- The technicians are responsible for the completion of test analysis, reporting the same to the pathologist for approval before submitting the results.
- The technicians are also responsible for reproducing results in computer software.
- To retain quality control, environment & testing records of the current month.
- To do phlebotomy, accession of samples and home collection visits when required.
- Maintenance of cleanliness of instruments and surroundings.
- To ensure that the tests are completed within the turnaround time.
- Following a quality control program established for testing performed and ensuring that the quality is maintained throughout the testing process up to reporting of results.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
