**Job Title: Import Export Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Imports & Exports Management**:

- Handle import and export documentation and ensure timely processing.
- Coordinate with shipping and freight companies for the movement of goods.
- Maintain and update records related to international shipments, including invoices, packing lists, and customs clearance documents.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure adherence to all international shipping regulations and government trade policies.
- Prepare and submit necessary export/import permits, certificates, and other required documentation.
- Work with customs brokers and government authorities to ensure smooth clearance of goods.
- **Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination**:

- Work closely with suppliers, distributors, and logistics teams to ensure smooth shipping operations.
- Manage transportation and warehousing of goods.
- Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Finance, etc.) to track goods, manage inventory, and update status reports.
- **Customer & Vendor Communication**:

- Communicate with clients, vendors, and suppliers for order updates, shipping arrangements, and troubleshooting any potential issues.
- Resolve shipment-related discrepancies or issues with suppliers, customers, or service providers.
- **Cost Management**:

- Assist in managing shipping and logistics costs by researching cost-effective alternatives and optimizing routes.
- Help in negotiating with transporters, shipping companies, and freight forwarders for better rates.
- **Market Research and Risk Management**:

- Stay updated on changes in international trade laws, tariffs, and regulations.
- Conduct market research to understand demand and regulatory requirements in different regions.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in import/export or logistics management is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and knowledge of customs compliance software.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills for international correspondence.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of international trade regulations, tariffs, Incoterms, and customs requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
