**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teaching & Mentoring:

- Conduct engaging and interactive STEM classes, covering topics like block coding, Python, Robotics, 3D printing, Electronics, and Drones.

Resource Development:

- Develop and adapt innovative educational resources and lesson plans that cater to the learning needs and interests of school students.
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to ensure the content aligns with educational standards and best practices.

Technical Documentation:

- Create and maintain clear, concise technical documentation to support the learning process and ensure consistent delivery of educational content.

Event Management:

- Plan, organize, and conduct STEM-related events, workshops, and competitions to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Prepare students for participation in STEM competitions, providing guidance, support, and motivation.

Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in STEM education and integrate them into teaching practices.
- Provide feedback on existing programs and suggest improvements to enhance the quality of education.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (MCA, BCA, B.Tech, etc.).
- Strong foundational knowledge in programming languages (Python, block coding) and passion for emerging technologies (Robotics, 3D printing, Electronics, Drones).
- Passion for teaching and working with young students, with the ability to make complex concepts simple and fun.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging, interactive learning experiences.
- Prior experience in education or working with children is mandatory.
- Availability to join within 15 days.
