Job Overview:
**RECEPTION DUTIES**:
- Warmly greet and direct visitors, answering inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls, direct calls to appropriate associates, and assist with customer inquiries.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
- Ensure the front desk and reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues immediately to the concerned department.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of common office areas
- Provide accurate and timely information to visitors about the company's services and projects.
- Arrange and manage appointments for executives and clients & Directors or Partners.
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory, anticipating needed supplies, and placing orders.
- Support the administrative staff by distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
- Keep records of visitor logs and staff movements.
- Job posting and scheduling interviews.
- Helping To Other Staff If Needed
**KEY QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**:
- Proficient in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with visitors and staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
