Graphic Designer/Video Editor

**Responsibilities**
- Create unique designs, and design high impact marketing collaterals for PPC ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), and the other Iron Lady digital platforms (as above)
- Spend time to understand what competitors are doing and how and come up with creative suggestions that achieve cut through in line with Iron Lady Brand values
- Create high impact ad copies as required
- Liaise with graphic/video artist to create collaterals as required
- Take and incorporate creative feedback from all stakeholders within the company

**Requirements and Skills**
- Proven core experience of 3-4 years as a graphic designer/video artist
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, etc.
- Strong graphic design and video editing skills
- Clear understanding of element/object placements such as CTA buttons, discount information, etc.
- Strong understanding of latest digital marketing trends and competitors’ digital presence
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Agile and adept to work in a start-up culture
- Must pay great attention to detail
- Strong English language, grammar/spelling skills for full proof copywriting/sub-titles etc.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
