We seek a dynamic and motivated Assistant Professor to join our academic team and contribute to high-quality education and research in our department.
- **Qualification**_

PhD, M.E/ M.TECH
- **Teaching Experience**_

Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in academic institutions or industry

Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging and effective classroom instruction
- **Responsibilities**_

**Teaching Load**

Manage and conduct 1 laboratory course

Develop comprehensive course materials and syllabi

**Departmental Contributions**

Support NBA/NAAC accreditation processes

Maintain accurate and up-to-date departmental documentation

Assist in preparing department files and reports

**Student Mentorship**

Serve as a Class Advisor/Mentor

Coordinate and lead student activities and engagement programs

Provide academic and professional guidance to students

**Compensation**

Base Salary: Minimum ₹25,000/month

Salary Range: Up to ₹40,000/month based on interview and qualifications

Performance-based increments and annual reviews

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Master's (required)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
