**Job Title: Admission Counselor**

**Location**: EuroSchool - HSR, Bangalore

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Admissions Process**: Guide prospective students and their families through the admissions process, including providing information about the school's academic programs, extracurricular activities, and admission requirements.
- **Campus Tours**: Conduct campus tours for prospective students and their families, showcasing the school's facilities, classrooms, laboratories, and other amenities.
- **Interviews and Assessments**: Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, or entrance exams as needed for prospective students, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- **Follow-Up Communication**: Follow up with prospective students and parents to answer any additional questions, address concerns, and provide ongoing support throughout the admissions process.
- **Events and Outreach**: Represent the school at admissions events, fairs, and other outreach activities to promote the school's programs and attract prospective students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in admissions counseling, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with prospective students and families.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of educational programs, admission requirements, and enrollment processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate prospective students and families.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
