**Job description**
Give Me Trees Trust is one of the largest community based voluntary tree planting and conservation movements in India, having facilitated the plantation and preservation of more than 23 million trees all over the country in the last 45 years, with more than 17,000+ volunteers working all across India, seeks dynamic and motivated professional with relevant experience
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily plantation operations, including site preparation, mulching, manuring, nursery management, planting, irrigation and weeding.
- Lead and coordinate a team of field workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Ensure the health and survival of planted saplings through regular monitoring and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of plantation activities and inventory updates.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the plantation site and equipment.
- Ensure all plantation operations comply with company standards and environmental regulations.
- Additional responsibilities as per project requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Master's & Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in plantation, farm management, or similar field supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of plantation practices, irrigation systems.
- Ability to manage a team and communicate instructions clearly.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and data entry.
- Physically fit and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions and travel to various plantation sites.
- Must have own vehicle
**Salary**: 18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Botonny or a related field.
Experience: Total work: 2 to 3 years (preferred)
Work Location: Delhi/NCR
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
