Role & responsibilities We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales and Operations trainee to join our team. This role is designed for individuals seeking hands-on experience in sales processes and operational strategies within a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in daily operations, including lead generation, Visiting customers, and follow-ups.
- Help maintain and update the customer database and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Participate in market research and competitive analysis.
- Assist in logistics coordination and client communication.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance sales and operational skills.
- Respond to B2B inquiries and negotiate rates with Customers for winning Contracts.
- Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Basic understanding of sales and operations principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

Trainee position - 6 months probation. Upon completion of probation, conversion to a full-time employee depends on performance.
₹12,500 CTC per month.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
