**The recruitment for this role will be via Suntara Cosmetics Private Limited (SCPL), based inAhmedabad, India.**

It is important to note that our NPD (New Product Development) department, does not only focus on packaging development. They play the role of the overall project managers in the product launch process. Their responsibility begins from the day an NPD brief is created, to the first production run.

The group has separate R&D (formulation development), QC, Molding, Purchase departments - but the NPD team is the overall owner of all product development, new or existing (Critical revamp).
- Responsible to Ensure actual sampling activity is done at plant for Molding, Decoration (printing, lacquering, coating, metallising, foiling).
- Responsible to Create a library of all the components so that they are identified and available for component, color and decoration selection for future NPD requirement.
- Result Oriented and high level of Ownership. Escalate when appropriate.
- Keep proper records of all activities and support in maintaining Project Management Documents for activities carried out.
- Keep in constant touch and co-ordination with various cross functional departments such as, Design, Purchase, R&D, Production - to ensure the delivery of the project happens OTIF.
- Learn and Create specifications on technical, production and bill of materials.
- Coordinate to Obtain approval from management / R&D and document sign off.
- Create various basic briefs such as Sampling, Fragrance, and progressively moving to Briefs for Costing, Product Design, Graphics and Artwork.
- Ensure Prioritisation sequence and timelines for assigned tasks.
- Carrying out competitor and market research.
- Maintain fragrance sample and market intelligence database libraries.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
