**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, manage, build and maintain websites using WebFlow.
- Collaborate with the product and development teams to understand and implement design requirements
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and technologies
- Continuously improve and optimise website performance
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Provide hands-on support with web development and maintenance as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Strong experience with Webflow and web design principles.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Experience with website optimization and performance tuning.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
