Role Description
**Qualifications**:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to think critically and creatively
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the furniture industry
Experience in preparing PowerPoint presentations
Experience in identifying and developing sales leads
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Knowledge of market research techniques and tools

JOB RESPONSIBILITY - Identifying & open new business across Ahemadabad.
- Creating effective strategies to successfully reach to new business opportunities.
- Building relationships with new clients/dealers, gauging their needs, and developing proposals to
address these needs.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients, support the
business in 100% customer satisfaction.
- Attending conferences and events to build relationships with our furniture industry partners and stay up to date with new recliners market trends.
SKILL REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- Regional language-Marathi/Hindi
- Person with prior experience in retail of home appliances & home furniture.
- A strategic and creative sales mind with strong leadership skills.
- Customer service skills, technical skills to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing
on the client’s requirements along with solid selling skills.
- Personality: A motivating, self-starter and go-getter. - Excellent communication skills.
