**We are seeking a fresher or experienced Psychiatrist to join our team and provide exceptional mental health counselling to our patients, and enhance quality of life for individuals with mental situations.**

- Duty Timing : Part Time and 8 hours

- Location : Trichy

**Roles**
- counselling and consulting the patients
- Reviewing and maintaining medical histories
- Analyzing patients’ emotional, behavioral and mental state
- Developing recovery plans
- Need to develop a department of mental health in our hospital.
- For Trichy -there will be a visit to their tie up branches nearby in a week (like a camp)...for that they will provide travel charges, and food
- Need to deal with the origin, diagnosis, prevention, and management of mental disorders and emotional and behavioral disturbances
- Assessing patients through interviews, observations, tests, and medical history reviews.
- Diagnosing patients accurately.
- Developing comprehensive treatment plans and prescribing medication as needed.
- Consulting with other medical professionals and psychologists.
- Regularly following up with the patient to check progress and adjust the treatment plan as needed.
- Thoroughly documenting each patient's diagnosis, symptoms, medication, treatment effectiveness, etc.
- Providing patients with emotional support and strategies to help manage their disorder.
- Researching new developments in psychiatry and mental health.
