**OCI DBA (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Database Administrator)**

**Location**: Hyderabad, India

**As an OCI DBA, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) database environment. You will work closely with**
**developers, system administrators, and other IT staff to ensure that the OCI database is available, secure, and performing at optimal levels**

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and manage Oracle databases in the OCI environment.
- Implement and maintain database security, including user management, access controls, and encryption.
- Monitor database performance and proactively address issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues, including diagnosing and resolving database errors, performance issues, and system crashes.
- Develop and maintain database backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Perform database upgrades, patches, and migrations.
- Work with development teams to optimize database schema and query performance.
- Develop and maintain database documentation, including procedures, policies, and standards.
- Participate in the on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical database issues.
