**Job Description**:

- Ghaziabad: Wave Galleria

Experience: Fresher to 2 years. Preferable experience in real estate will be beneficial.

Working Days: 6 days a week (Tuesday off)

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and pitch our products/services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about our offerings.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up on them regularly.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle objections and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business goals.
- Keep updated records of calls, appointments, and sales.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to persuade and convince customers.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Previous experience in telecalling or sales will be an advantage, especially in the real estate sector.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
