**About the Role**

We are searching for a highly motivated and energetic Sales & Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will gain valuable experience in both sales and marketing functions specific to the semiconductor industry. You will work alongside experienced professionals to develop your skills and contribute to the company's growth in the ever-evolving electronics market.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers in the electronics industry and understand their specific needs for semiconductor components.
- Support with event planning and execution, both virtual and in-person, showcasing 3B Semiconductors' presence at industry trade shows or conferences (optional).
- Analyze marketing campaign performance for 3B Semiconductors' marketing initiatives and provide insights for improvement.
- Participate in sales calls and meetings (optional) to gain exposure to the customer interaction process within the semiconductor industry.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- A keen interest in technology and the electronics industry is a plus.
- Basic understanding of electronic components (resistors, capacitors, transistors, etc.) is a plus.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Travel requirement:

- Up to 20% travel

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
