**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **2D Design**: Create and update 2D **architectural drawings**, **floor plans**, **site plans**, and **construction documents** using AutoCAD or similar software.
- **3D Modeling**: Develop detailed **3D models** of building designs, ensuring that all elements align with structural specifications and client needs.
- Work closely with architects and engineers to **visualize** complex construction concepts and bring them to life in 2D and 3D formats.
- Produce **renderings** and **visualizations** for client presentations, marketing materials, and internal project reviews.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure designs meet project specifications and timelines.
- Review and interpret project plans, offering suggestions for improvement and alternative design solutions.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and construction standards.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **2D/3D Designer** in the construction or architecture industry.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **Revit**, **SketchUp**, **3ds Max**, and/or **Rhino** for 3D modeling.
- Strong understanding of **architectural design principles**, construction methods, and materials.
- Knowledge of **rendering** tools such as **V-Ray**, **Lumion**, or **Twinmotion** to create high-quality visualizations.
- Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and clients.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience working with a **construction company** or in **architectural design**.
- Familiarity with **structural engineering** concepts and their integration into design.
- Experience with **construction project management** software.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture**, **Civil Engineering**, **Construction Management**, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of relevant experience as a 2D/3D Designer in the construction or architecture industry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
