Executive - Precast

**Role Summary**

We are looking for a motivated civil engineering professional to join our Precast Division as an **Executive - Precast**. The role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of precast projects, handling procurement as per project needs, and monitoring project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports to management.
- Coordinate with clients, plant, and site teams for seamless project execution.
- Procure materials as per project requirements.
- Ensure adherence to work instructions and project guidelines.
- Monitor project execution and ensure timely delivery as per schedules.

**Desired Qualification**
- Diploma / Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 0-1 year of experience in **Procurement or Civil Operations** (Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply).

**Skills & Competencies**
- Basic understanding of precast / construction operations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
