**Generic Roles and Responsibilities**
- Design and conduct engaging, activity-driven sessions that promote experiential learning.
- Facilitate exploration through interactive experiments and open-ended challenges.
- Customize teaching methods to align with varying age groups and learning styles.
- Mentor students through the process of building functional projects and prototypes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and refine curriculum content.
- Foster a fun, inclusive, and safe environment that nurtures all learners.
- Monitor student progress and communicate meaningful feedback to parents and team leads.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Design and develop robotic systems, incorporating motion control, mechanical design, and IoT integration.
- Build algorithms and write code to govern robotic behavior and interaction.
- Ensure seamless integration of hardware and software for unified system functionality.
- Oversee the coordination of electrical and mechanical subsystems for optimal performance.

**Who You Are**
- A graduate in **Science, Engineering, or Technology** with strong foundational knowledge.
- Naturally curious, creative, and passionate about simplifying STEM education.
- Comfortable working with students and excited to guide them through meaningful, tech-driven learning journeys.
- Flexible and open to travel for workshops, sessions, and outreach programs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
