- **Ingredient Management**: Measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes, ensuring freshness and quality of all materials used in pastry production. Notify superiors of low stock and assist in managing inventory.
- **Pastry Assembly and Decoration**: Help assemble and decorate pastries and desserts with precision, maintaining a high standard of presentation and plating.
- **Baking and Cooking Techniques**: Operate kitchen equipment like mixers, ovens, and other baking tools safely and efficiently. Develop proficiency in baking, mixing, and basic pastry techniques under the guidance of senior chefs.
- **Cleanliness and Hygiene**: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Participate in regular cleaning tasks and keep storage areas, utensils, and equipment in good order.
- **Quality Control**: Check finished products for taste, texture, and appearance to ensure they meet the quality standards set by the kitchen.
- **Assisting with Menu Development**: Provide support in testing and developing new pastry items or desserts as needed. Offer suggestions and participate in creative discussions with the pastry team.
- **Following SOPs and Safety Guidelines**: Adhere to standard operating procedures, including safety and sanitation regulations. Ensure safe handling of kitchen tools and equipment.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Work closely with team members in a supportive and respectful manner. Communicate any issues, special orders, or requirements to the Pastry Chef promptly.
- **Continuous Learning**: Show commitment to learning new skills and pastry techniques, actively seeking guidance from senior chefs to improve and grow in the role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
