**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**:

- Conduct in-depth market research to gather information about industry trends, competitors, customer preferences, and market opportunities.
- Analyze market data and generate reports that support business decision-making.
- Identify key market drivers, potential threats, and areas for growth.
- Design and conduct surveys, focus groups, and interviews to collect qualitative and quantitative data.
- **Database Development and Management**:

- Build and maintain a comprehensive and structured market database.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all sources.
- Use data management tools to organize, store, and retrieve market data.
- Continuously update and refine the database with new market trends, competitor information, and customer insights.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze data from various sources, including market surveys, industry reports, social media, and other relevant platforms.
- Create detailed reports and visualizations that effectively communicate findings and insights.
- Provide recommendations based on market research that can influence product development, marketing strategies, and business operations.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product development, etc.) to ensure data-driven decisions.
- Support the sales and marketing teams by providing accurate and up-to-date market insights.
- Collaborate with management to define key metrics for ongoing market analysis.
- **Tool and System Utilization**:

- Utilize various market research tools, databases, and analytics platforms to gather and analyze data.
- Recommend new tools or systems to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of market research.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 6months of experience in market research, data analysis, or database management. Experience in building and managing market databases is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, or Tableau.
- Experience with market research methodologies and data collection techniques.
- Familiarity with database management and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly to various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
